Jennifer graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University then received a dual masters in Nutrition Education and Food Science from Montclair State University, New Jersey, where she is currently an adjunct professor and mentor to undergraduate and graduate research students.
For over 20 years Jennifer has worked exclusively in the area of medical weight loss and nutrition education in clinical and private practice settings. In 2018 it was launched at the American Academy of Pediatrics annual conference to rave reviews. In 2019 it was recognized by the International Forum on Advancement in Healthcare and received their award for the program’s contribution to healthcare.
